Feud With Ginji & Hardcore Champion []
After there lost in there six man tag johnny and Ginji attacked each other. In the Royal Rumble match Johnny Extreme would enter at number 24 elimanating Ginji and Jordy Extreme, but would be eliminated by crazy one. raw and smackdown both men would cost each other the matches, but when gm Paul Heyman said there would be a hardcore title tournement after both Ginji and johnny beat the others sibling and would both be in wrestlemania. They both but up a good fight but in the end Johnny would pin Ginji and become hardcore champion. After Ginji and Johnny would shake each other hand with respect. At Extreme Rules Johnny Extreme would face his brother jordy Extreme in a hardcore title match in the end Johnny would get roles up and lose the match. Johnny wouldn't get his rematch for the Hardcore Title because XCW would close its doors after the Extreme Rules event.

Johnny Extreme debut in SWE at Over The Limit 2015 when he signed a contract with Mr. Molinaro, At the end he will attacked with a chair by Grim. At Payback, Johnny Extreme would face Grim in his debut match where he would end up beating Grim. At King Of The Ring, Johnny Extreme would compete in the King Of The Ring Tournament where he would lose in the first round against Lula. At Money In The Bank, Johnny Extreme would compete in the Smackdown MITB Ladder Match where he would lose to Silvio. At Summerslam, Johnny Extreme would compete in a Fatal 4 Way Match against Arrow, Grim, & DoggyDog for the Hardcore Title which was won by Arrow. After Summerslam, It was announced that Johnny Extreme would get another Hardcore Title shot against Arrow at Night Of Champions in a Triple Threat Match that also involves DoggyDog. At Night Of Champions, Johnny Extreme would defeat Arrow & DoggyDog to become the new SWE Hardcore Champion. At Hell In A Cell, Johnny Extreme would successfully defend his Hardcore Title against Kevin. Later in the event, Johnny would attack Joshie P after his match against Triple X. This attack stemmed from an argument between Johnny Extreme & Joshie P backstage at Night Of Champions. At Survivor Series, Extreme would retain his HC title against Joshie P. At No Mercy Johnny Extreme would lose the title to Jacob Cass.

Debut & Feud with Vixx; Intercontinental Champion[]
Johnny Extreme would make his debut at EWE S3 Over the Limit was he would confront Silvio but would be Superkicked by Vixx. Johnny Would make his in-ring debut in a 6 man Battle Royal where he would brawl against Vixx (E-vile), he would assist Silvio on an elimination but would be eliminated by Silvio. At Money In The Bank, he would face the Intercontinental Champion Vixx in a losing effort. At Summerslam, Johnny Extreme would defeat Vixx in a rematch to win the EWE Intercontinental Championship for the first time. Johnny Extreme would go on to successfully defend the title against Vixx at NOC before losing the title to Guru Xa'Kel at HIAC. Johnny would regain the title at EWE Survivor Series before losing the title back to Vixx at TLC in a triple threat match that also involved Joshie P.
EWE Undisputed Heavyweight Champion[]
At the Royal Rumble, Johnny would start wrestling under his Demon Extreme persona where he entered the Royal Rumble Match at no.1 and lasted almost the entirety of the match before being the second to last one eliminated by runner-up Rocky'N. Demon Extreme would get a shot at the EWE World Heavyweight Championship inside the Elimination Chamber. Demon Extreme would be the first to exit the pods and even eliminated Jacob Cass before making it to the final two alongside the World Champion Doggy but ultimately fell short. After this Demon Extreme would enter into a Mania program with The Undertaker where Demon Extreme became the first caw to defeat The Undertaker at a WrestleMania. After a monumental victory, Demon Extreme would be rewarded another shot at the World Title, this time a one on one affair against Doggy who Demon Extreme would defeat to win the EWE Undisputed Heavyweight Championship. He would go on to successfully retain the title twice (1x Doggy at EWE No Way Out, 1x Doggy & Rocky'N at EWE Money In The Bank) before losing the title to Rocky'N as Johnny Extreme in the semi-main event of SummerSlam. Johnny would win back the championship in a rematch against Rocky'N at Night Of Champions. At Hell In A Cell, Johnny would retain his championship against Antho in the opener in a Hell In A Cell Match. After the match, Antho would turn heel and attacked Johnny.
Season 1 Revamp (2k14)[]
Johnny would face Lula & Double D at Over the Limit in a No '1 contenders match but would lose. At No Way Out Johnny would face Double D but the match ended shortly after a low blow by Double D. Johnny would compete in the SmackDowns Mitb ladder match at Money in the Bank but would just fall short after Double D threw him out of the ring. At SummerSlam Johnny and Double D would face each other and end their little dispute once and for all, Johnny would end up coming out on top and after shook Double D's hand and was congratulated.

Season 1: Losing Streak, Injury & Return, World Champion[]
It's been announced that Johnny Extreme would debut and also be GM of YTW (Youtube Total Wrestling) and XCW (Xtreme Caw Wrestling) When it merged. He would make his wrestling debut at YXW episode Zero in a fatal 4 way match for the XCW championship but lose to DoggyDog ( match included mr.6 and Saint T). At the Royal rumble johnny would elimante a superstar but would be Elimanted by Jeff. At Fastlane Johnny would face his younger brother Josh Stephen and Jesse Newman but lose to Newman dew to interference by Yakuza. Before Johnny match against newman he would attack yakuza and later beat Jesse Newman To be No.1 contender for any Title. at Extreme rules Johnny decided to face Antho for his YTW championship Johnny would win in the score 1-0 in a iron man match. After the match, Johnny would be attacked by Bray Wyatt. In YXW Unforgiven he is scheduled to face Antho for johnny's YTW championship. At Unforgiven, Johnny Extreme would lose his YTW Title to Antho in an Extreme Rules Match. It was revealed after the match that Antho had broken his arm. At Versus, Johnny Extreme would win back his YTW Championship in a rematch against YTW Champion PJ Skillz (who cashed in his MITB Contract on Antho after Antho had won it from him at Unforgiven).At Versus a 50% Johnny would face PJ skillz for the YTW Championship in a Hell In A Cell Match. Johnny would win but had to vacant it for the greater good of YXW.
Johnny Extreme would make his wrestling return at Night Of Champions in the Elimination Chamber Match Main Event for the XCW Championship. At Night Of Champions, Johnny would defeat 5 other men in an Elimination Chamber Match to win the XCW Championship, becoming the second man to hold both the YTW & XCW Championships (just behind DoggyDog). At the 70 Sub Special in Madison Square Garden, Johnny Extreme would successfully defend his XCW Championship against his mentor and new YXW signee Phenom. At TLC, Johnny Extreme would defeat Christian Styles to retain his XCW Title as part of Christian's rematch clause in a Last Man Standing Match.
Season 2: Demon Extreme & Feud with Jack Silva[]
At Royal Rumble, Johnny Extreme would successfully defend his XCW Title against Mike House in a Steel Cage Match. Following RR, it was announced that Johnny Extreme would defend his XCW Championship at Fully Loaded in a Triple Threat Match against Mario Sanchez & Mart War. However on the night of Fully Loaded, the match would be changed to a Fatal 4 Way Match with the inclusion of M-Core, who was put into the match by General Manager PME Morales who put in M-Core after getting attacked by new YXW Superstar Bruiser. At Fully Loaded, Johnny Extreme would lose his XCW Title to M-Core in, now, a Fatal 4 Way Match that also involved Mart War & Mario Sanchez. At YXWrestlemania 2, Johnny Extreme would debut a new persona known as Demon Extreme where had to beat the man that caused all of this, Bruiser. Demon Extreme would defeat Bruiser in a Hell In A Cell Match to gain an entry in the Main Event Match for the XCW Championship. In the main event he competed in a hell in a cell match against Silvio and M-Core, but he would lose the match after Francesco pedigreed him on top of the cell.
On Superstars After YXWrestleMania 2, Demon Extreme would defeat Bruiser, Jack 2D, & a recently signed Doctor Z in a Fatal 4 Way Match. Afterwards, Demon Extreme would be attacked by a mysterious figure. At Battleground, Demon Extreme would get into another scuffle with this mysterious man where he would wind up on the receiving end of another brutal attack. While not appearing at Summerslam, this mysterious man would be revealed as the real Jack Silva. Johnny Extreme would return at Survivor Series where he teamed up with Kevin Jones & Ghostface to take on Jack Silva and his two partners (Pedro Stafford & Patrick Henry) in a 6 Man Tag Team Elimination Chamber Match; however, which ever team lost the match the losing captain would be fired. At Survivor Series, Johnny Extreme & Kevin Jones would defeat Jack Silva in the Elimination Chamber Match, banishing Silva from YXW and putting an end to the feud. Even though Johnny Extreme & Kevin Jones were the same team, under a new stipulation by GM PME Morales, these were forced to face other with the loser being Fired as well. Johnny Extreme would defeat Kevin Jones, banishing Kevin Jones in the process, to keep his job. After the match, Johnny Extreme would be attacked Vixx, for undisclosed reasons.
Season 3: Feud with X Bullet Club; Pursuit of YTW Championship[]
Despite being attacked by Vixx at the end of Survivor Series, Johnny's feud with Vixx would suddenly drop as he focused his attentions on the villainous stable, the X Bullet Club, who have been dominating the scene during Season 2. Johnny Extreme would then ally himself with the XBC's biggest rivals Brett Storm & Sean Avery and challenged the XBC to a 6 Man Tag Team Match at the Royal Rumble. At Royal Rumble, the trio of Johnny Extreme, Brett Storm, & Sean Avery would defeat the X Bullet Club (Max Mercury, Zack Thompson, & Kenny Taylor) in a 6 Man Tag Team Match. After RR S03, Johnny Extreme, back under his demon persona Demon Extreme, would enter the Road to Gold Tournament to decide the No.1 Contender to the YTW Championship (a title he hadn't held since Season 1, and the title he gave up due to injury) at WrestleMania 3, which is held by XBC Leader Max Mercury. Demon Extreme would defeat XBC member and YXW U.S Champion Zack Thompson in the first round and then Jake Navor in the Semi Finals to advance to the Finals of the tournament against Sean Avery. In the Finals, Demon Extreme would fight Sean Avery in an incredible match only to lose to Sean Avery in an upset. At WrestleMania 3, Demon Extreme would lose to Seth Turner in a No DQ Match after Triple X revealed himself as the newest XBC member and helped Turner to defeat Extreme. Johnny would appear again until Money In The Bank where he competed in the titular match where he reignited his rivalry with close friend Vixx, who ended up winning the match. By Summerslam, Johnny had been fed up with the X Bullet Club and challenged Max Mercury to a singles match at the CPV. At Summerslam, Johnny Extreme wound up losing to Max Mercury in a clean finish. Johnny would end the season on a high note at Hell In A Cell where he defeated XBC's Max Mercury & Seth Turner and three other superstars to become the new No.1 Contender to the YTW Championship.
Season 4: YTW Champion & Feud with The Dark Storm[]
At the beginning of Season 4, Johnny Extreme would finally resume his feud with former best friend Vixx, who since their last encounter at MITB had joined the XBC and won the YTW Championship. A feud that started at YXW Survivor Series S02 would have their first one on one encounter at Redemption for the YTW Championship. At Redemption, Johnny Extreme would defeat Vixx in the main event to become the new YTW Champion, for the third time in his career. Johnny would successfully defend the YTW Championship against Reggie Killer (YXW Breakdown) and Azrael (AWC Dominion) before losing the title back to Vixx at YXWrestlemania IV. At Extreme Rules S04, Johnny Extreme would compete in a 6 Man Battle Royal to determine who would challenge YTW Champion Vixx at the end of the night. Johnny would have a great performance but still lost the match after being eliminated by the debuting Dark Storm, who wasn't even in the match. At Summerslam, Johnny Extreme would lose to The Dark Storm in a No Holds Barred Match. At the end of the show, Johnny Extreme would be confronted by the new owner of YXW, "Hardcore" Brody! Brody would then hit Johnny with an F-5 and state change was coming for YXW. The next day, Johnny Extreme would be released from his YXW contract and YXW SummerSlam S04 marked his final appearance for now.
DWF (2015-2016, 2017, 2019-Present)[]
Season 1: Debut & ECW Champion[]
Johnny Extreme would make his debut at Extreme Rules (the first DWF CPV) where he teamed up with Victor X & PJ Skillz to defeat Rocker, Rio Best, & Brown Claw in a 6 Man Tag Team Match. This team between VX, Johnny, & PJ would short-lived as they would face each other at Payback in a Triple Threat No.1 Contenders Match. At Payback, Johnny Extreme would defeat both PJ Skillz & Victor X to become No.1 Contender to the DWF Intercontinental Championship. At Money In The Bank, Johnny Extreme would challenge Angel for his DWF Intercontinental Championship to a losing effort. After losing to Angel, Johnny Extreme would sit out at Summerslam after not being announced for the Summerslam Match Card. At Summerslam, Johnny Extreme would make a surprise appearance where he confronted ECW Champion Amazing Troy and laying him out, signaling his attention to the ECW Championship.

Season 2 for Johnny Extreme began with a rough start. On the RAW after Wrestlemania, Johnny Extreme would drop the ECW World Championship to Jake Navor and would subsequently lose in his rematch at Payback. Following two straight losses, Johnny Extreme would miss Extreme Rules & No Way Out after it was revealed he got into big heat with backstage officials for misbehavior conduct. Johnny Extreme would make his return in the lead up to Money In The Bank where he was announced as part of the six men competing in the MITB Ladder Match. At Money In The Bank, Johnny Extreme would take a loss when he didn't win the briefcase and Mike House won instead. After racking up too many losses, Johnny Extreme would turn Heel and repeatedly attacked Mike House in the lead up to Summerslam where Johnny challenged Mike for his MITB Briefcase. At Summerslam, Johnny would lose for the fourth time in a row where he failed to take the briefcase away from Mike House. After missing DWF Dishonor, Johnny decided enough was enough and challenged the man who gave Johnny the first loss of his streak, Jake Navor, to one more match at Hell In A Cell. On the condition that if Johnny loses, he'll quit DWF. At Hell In A Cell, Johnny Extreme would sadly lose in his match against Jake Navor, despite appearing as Demon Extreme, ending his career in DWF. However before Johnny could quit, Jonathan Storm would rush out to the stage to fire Johnny and berate him before telling him to never come back to DWF.
Season 3: Clash Of The Worlds; 5.5 Star Match[]
Johnny Extreme would make a surprise return at the end of DWF Raw v. War Zone attacking the ECW World Champion Rocky'N and declaring himself as the next No.1 Contender to the title. Since Johnny was not legally under a contract with DWF, he originally wasn't given a title shot until it was announced that there would be multi promotional supershow between DWF, AWC, and TWE where Johnny would get his chance. At Clash of the Worlds 2018, Johnny would face Rocky'N in a Deathmatch where he failed to win the title despite putting a valiant effort that resulted in Rocky'N nearly getting carried off a stretcher during the match. This would mark Johnny's only appearance in DWF S03.
Season 4: Secret Return & DWF World Heavyweight Champion[]
At some point in 2019, Johnny Extreme would make peace with DWF officials and secretly signed a new contract with the promotion. Johnny Extreme would then come back under the guise of Mr. Amazing and challenged Josh Silver for the DWF Intercontinental Championship at Cold Blood to a losing effort. Johnny, as Mr. Amazing, would then compete at Money In The Bank in the titular ladder match where defeated Richard Vincent, Brett Storm, The Dark Storm, Jacob Steele, & K2K to become Mr. MITB. Johnny would eventually reveal himself at the end of DWF Loollapalooza when he cashed in his MITB Contract on DoggyDog to win the DWF World Heavyweight Championship.
TWE (2016-Present)[]

Johnny Extreme would make his debut with TWE (Total Wrestling Entertainment) at TWE's first CPV, TWE Ascend To Hell against David Mill in an Extreme Rules Match to determine the inaugural TWE Hardcore Champion. At Ascend To Hell, Johnny Extreme would defeat David Mill to become the first-ever TWE Hardcore Champion. At TWE Lockout, Johnny Extreme would successfully defend his Hardcore Title against best friend Vixx. At TWE No Mercy, Johnny would lose his TWE Hardcore Championship to Jacob Cass in his second defense.
WCA (2016; 2019-Present)[]
It was reported that Johnny Extreme had signed a contract with WCA (Wrestling Championship Attitude) and will wrestle on the Anarchy Roster. Johnny Extreme would make his debut at Money In The Bank where he would applaud WCA YouTube Champion Aero Master as a sign of his intention of going after the YouTube Title. Sadly, Johnny would never get a YouTube title shot as WCA would once again close its doors indefinitely. In 2019, Johnny Extreme would resign with the promotion, now under the name YPW, and had his first match back at YPW Crossing Lines. Johnny would defeat Mart War which earned no.1 contender status to the New-WCA Championship. At SunRise, Johnny would challenge the New-WCA Champion Max Mercury for the belt in the main event to a losing effort. At YPW Live: Australia, Johnny would team with YPW World Heavyweight Champion Eric Walker to face the team of Brendan X & Mike House to a losing effort. After the match, Eric Walker would attack Johnny Extreme. In 2020, YPW went through another soft reboot by reverting back to the company's true name, WCA. In the company's first event back under the WCA name, WCA Velocity: Night of Champions, Johnny Extreme would defeat Eric Walker, now the WCA World Heavyweight Champion, and Mike House in a triple threat match to win the title for the first time in his career.

Season 1: Various Feuds & NXT Champion[]
Johnny Extreme was announced as one of the first 6 CAWs to be a part of XWP and thus was a part of its first ever match to crown the XWP World Heavyweight Champion where he was unsuccessful. On the first episode of XWP, Johnny would face off against PJ Skillz to crown an XWP Intercontinental Champion where he was once again unsuccessful. He would then start a feud with Antho losing to him when he answered Antho's Open Challenge. At Pride, Johnny faced Antho again but lost again. After Pride he would be drafted to Smackdown. At Outlaw, Johnny unleashed the Demon Extreme for the first time in XWP in a Last Man Standing Match where he would lose to Antho thus moving him to Raw. At Summerslam, Johnny would pick up his first win in XWP defeating Alieus (then going by the name Dark Shark). The next night, Johnny would defeat XWP Champion Jacob Cass which earned him a place in the Nightmares Main Event for the XWP Championship in a Triple Threat against Cass & Chris Jericho where he was pinned by Cass. At Survivor Series, Johnny represented Raw in a Gauntlet Match where he would eliminate Mario Sanchez and would finally get a pinfall over Antho before being eliminated by PJ Skillz. At the same time, Johnny would make appearances in the NXT Brand under the name Johnny Ken Ellis where he would win the NXT Championship at Take Over: London in the finals of a Tournament before losing it to Jet Omega Elliot the next month in Toronto. He would make more appearances for NXT over the coming months but wouldn't do anything substantial until his second run in NXT in Season 3. At Royal Rumble, Johnny would compete against Anthony Payne & Silvio to crown an XWP United States Champion where he would lose but wasn't pinned. At Danger Zone, Johnny would challenge DoggyDog for the XWP Championship where he was unsuccessful. At WrestleMania, Johnny would pick up a win over Chris Jericho.
Season 2: Intercontinental Champion[]
On the Raw After WrestleMania, Johnny was drafted to Smackdown in the draft. At Betrayal, Johnny Extreme would defeat Anthony Payne & Joshie P to win the vacant Intercontinental Championship however would immediately lose it to PJ Skillz after Brett Storm gave Skillz the rematch he never got. At Mayhem, Johnny would lose in his rematch for the Title against PJ Skillz. At Money In The Bank, Johnny would compete in the namesake match but was unsuccessful. After missing out on Summerslam, Johnny would represent Smackdown at Bragging Rights in a Gauntlet Match where he would be eliminated by Creep-E. After a short hiatus, Johnny would return at Destruction where he teamed with Gore & Perkins losing to Bro Code in a Number 1 Contenders Match for the 6 Man Tag Titles. At World's Collide II, Johnny would represent IWA in the Interpromotional Rumble Match where he would eliminate Kenny Taylor & Insane Zayn after entering at Number 11 before being eliminated by Duncan Cunner. At Unforgiven, Johnny, Gore & Perkins would face and lose to DoggyDog & SWED for the 6 Man Tag Titles.
Season 3: Return to XWP NXT & Departure[]
After a hiatus, Johnny would make a surprise return answering Tech's Open Challenge at Take Over: Philadelphia in a losing effort. At World's Collide III, Johnny would represent ECCW where he defended the ECCW Hardcore Title (due to the Title's 24/7 Rule) against Nick Rich & Jason Silver where he would lose to Nick Rich. At Take Over: Milwaukee, Johnny would team up with his Wolfpack partner Demon Spyke in the Tag Team Turmoil for the NXT Tag Titles where they would eliminate High Voltage before losing to the returning Team Ea$y. At the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, Johnny & Demon Spyke would lose to the Shuyakas of Professional Wrestling in the first round. At Take Over: Brazil, Johnny would defeat Adrian Styles & Brendan X to enter the Elimination Chamber match at Take Over: No Escape last. At Take Over: No Escape, Johnny would compete in said match where he would make it to the final 2 before being eliminated by NXT Champion Shawn Sokolov. After the show, Johnny requested his release from XWP which XWP Owner Brett Storm would grant after Johnny competed in the already scheduled match against Adrian Styles. At Take Over: Pittsburgh, Johnny competed in what would be his last match in the company losing to Adrian Styles after a CAW called Richie Supreme ran out and attacked Demon Spyke who was at ringside. After the show, Johnny was granted his release.

Feud with Rocker[]
Johnny Extreme, under his Demon Extreme persona, would make an unannounced debut at TLC 2016 when he interfered in the Tables Match between Jacob Cass & Rocker where tossed Rocker from the top rope onto a table giving Jacob Cass the victory, effectively making Demon Extreme a Heel. At Royal Rumble 2017, Demon Extreme would make another appearance in the Royal Rumble by eliminating Rocker despite not being in the match. Demon Extreme explained his motives that he was hired by Tornado and was ordered to take out Rocker for going against The Union. At Roadblock, Demon Extreme was supposed to face Rocker in a Singles Match, but he would attack Rocker with a Steel Chair before the match. Mr. Ace would soon announce for a Steel Cage Match at Wrestlemania so that Rocker and Demon Extreme can finally face off in the ring. At Wrestlemania 6, Demon Extreme would defeat Rocker in a Steel Cage Match. At Payback, Demon Extreme would fight Rocker in a Last Man Standing Match to a draw. At Elimination Chamber, Demon Extreme would compete in the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber Match, but he would be eliminated by Mario Sanchez.
Feud with Shane Hayes & Double Champion[]
At Money In The Bank, Demon Extreme would compete in the Smackdown MITB Ladder Match but would end up losing to Silvio. Following Money In The Bank, Demon Extreme would not appear on Smackdown for the following weeks. In his absence, Shane Hayes, the newest YWE superstar, started to blame Demon Extreme for ruining his undefeated streak at MITB after Demon Extreme put Hayes through the announce table and knocked him out for the rest of the match. Hayes would then challenge Demon Extreme to a match to Summerslam to no answer from Extreme. At Summerslam, Demon Extreme would make his return and defeated Shane Hayes in a Singles Match. At Night Of Champions, he competes in a TLC match for Hardcore championship against Angel but lost, after that Shane Hayes comes out and attack Demon Extreme, but Angel would stop Shane. At No Mercy, he loses a triple threat match for Hardcore title to Shane Hayes, also involving Angel. At Survivor Series Demon defeat Shane to become Hardcore champion. At TLC Extreme would retain the HC title against Shane Hayes in a table match. At Royal Rumble 2018, he beat Jacob Cass to become the new Intercontinental Champion and the first person to hold both the Hardcore and Intercontinental titles at the same time.
PWC (2018-present)[]
Debut & Feud with Travis Blue[]
Johnny Extreme would sign with PWC (Pro Wrestling Caw) in the summer of 2017. Johnny Extreme would make his debut at the second PWC show, Extreme Rules, where he defeated PWC homegrown talent Travis Blue in a hard-fought match. On RAW Episode 1, Johnny Extreme would team with DoggyDog & Dean Text to defeat Chris Silver, Double D, & Travis Blue in a six-man tag team match. At Money In The Bank, Johnny Extreme would fail to win the Money In The Bank briefcase and came inches of winning before being knocked down by Travis Blue, who wound up winning the match. Despite not appearing on the Smackdown 50 Sub Special, it was announced Johnny Extreme would take part in a Fatal 4 Way Match at Bash At The Beach to determine the No.1 Contender to the PWC World Championship at Summerslam. Johnny would win at Bash at the Beach only to lose to Crazy One in the main event of SummerSlam for the PWC World Championship. Johnny's loss came as the result of interference from newly crowned Hardcore Champion Travis Blue, who attempted to cash in his MITB Briefcase, only to be stopped by Johnny. The next night on RAW, Johnny would gain a measure of payback by costing Travis Blue the Hardcore Title in his rematch against former champion Jeffrey Inferno.
OCW (2018-2021)[]
Debut, World Heavyweight Champion, Feud with DJ Hero[]
It was announced that Johnny Extreme had signed with OCW in early February 2018. He made is in-ring debut at OCW NXT Takeover in the All or Nothing Ladder Match and won defeating Cam Jones, Dalton Angel, Archangel, JZ and Mike House earning a World, NXT and Tag Title shot later on at a time of his choosing. Johnny's next appearance was on OCW Smackdown episode 4 where he teamed with Archangel in a losing effort to Joe Angelo and Mike House. Johnny defeated Archangel at Backlash 2018, retaining his All or Nothing World Title shot. Johnny would go on to cash in the championship opportunity at OCW Clash of Champions, where he would defeat Mike House to become World champion. Johnny would then defeat Alieus in a champion vs champion match at OCW Smackdown vs Raw 2018.
At OCW No Mercy, Johnny dropped the title in a 4-way match to Dalton Angel. The finish was controversial, however, due to the fact that Johnny had Dalton pinned for about 10 seconds and the referee refused to count the pin. Johnny received his rematch at OCW Roadblock but, lost the title due to a distraction from DJ Hero. After the match, Hero would superkick Extreme. The two faced off at OCW SummerSlam where Johnny defeated Hero. Then Johnny would get another shot at the World Title but against new champion Knightmare. He won the match by DQ after a mystery attacker jumped the match and hit Johnny and Knightmare with a chair. Johnny then demanded a rematch but Hero refused to give it to him. The next week Johnny attacked DJ in the ring. Johnny was added to the 4-way number 1 contender match but was last eliminated by Brendan X. At OCW Revolution, Johnny defeated DJ Hero but after the match, DJ attacked Johnny and then restarted the match to a no DQ match where Hero defeated Johnny. At OCW Japan SuperShow, Johnny would debut his Demon Extreme persona where he defeated DJ Hero. DJ Hero was then fired by the new owner of OCW Triple H. Johnny is set to challenge The Ninja at OCW Money in the Bank for the World Heavyweight Championship. At Money In The Bank, Johnny Extreme would lose to The Ninja due to heavy interference from The Crew.

Johnny Extreme made his debut in the 2nd episode of PASW Wrestling by defeating Andy Rayden. The following week, he teamed up with Morgan Phillips in a losing effort to the team of Max Mercury and Andy Rayden.
BCW (2020-Present)[]
Johnny would debut in BCW, entering 16th, he would last only a few minutes. At No Escape, he lost to Tommaso Ciampa, before Johnny Gargano came and attacked him, before Justice Edge made the save. At Dysfunction, him and Justice defeated #DIY. At WrestleMania I, he answered Swaggy's open challenge, and won the Heritage Championship. At King of the Ring, he challenged the winner of the tournament to a match at Crossfire.
WFE (2022-Present)[]
World Heavyweight Champion[]
Johnny Extreme made his WFE debut at Breaking Point 2022 where he challenged Damian Calaway for the WFE World Heavyweight Championship in his first match for the company. Johnny would defeat Calaway after some unexpected help from Richard Kazuto to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.
